    Returns

    Sunglasses and watches are final sale. You can exchange all other products for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and with tags. A store credit will be issued on all returns. No cash back or credit back on original card used to purchase an item.

    Items purchased online can be exchanged at our Retail store, or can be shipped back to us. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will take care of everything.

    You must contact us at sales@redesurf.com, to recieve a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. Any items shipped/returned back to redesurf.com without a RA# will be refused.
    Repack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in. Write the return authorization # on the outside of the box and return the package to:
